Close 1 Finish open orders Mark finished orders Delivered or Picked up, and deal with anything late or unconfirmed.
Review the day 2 Check drivers’ tips Make sure every delivery has the right driver and tip. Do this before step 3, because a tip can’t be added to a card payment once it is settled.
Open Drivers & tips 3 Close & settle tickets Settle eligible authorized card payments and complete eligible live Square orders. You will see a confirmation first.
Close & settle live tickets Open Orders to settle tickets 4 Pay drivers & save the day Each driver card says Pay or Collect . When the figures agree, tap Finish & save day.
Open driver settlement Paid pickup/delivery orders auto-complete after 150 minutes while the app is running. Scheduled orders count from their scheduled time. Payments are never settled automatically.
